All You Need to Know About Us
- Delivery fee is $15 for most suburbs , some suburbs do attract a slight surcharge
- We deliver Monday to Firday except public holidays, some suburbs do have special delivery days. Please check postcode search to see if this effects you.
- We suggest you use Internet Explorer or Firefox as your browser of choice as browser like Safari etc sometimes don’t conform to our website format
- Our Delivery times are 10:00am to 6:30pm
- Next day delivery for orders placed before midnight , excluding special delivery suburbs
- All dry goods are packed in neatly into boxes and chilled goods packed into polystyrene boxes lined with icepacks.
- We only buy the very best Fruit & Veg and all the meat is prepared on the day of delivery by a quality butcher with over 20 years of experience
- Minimum order is $50 excluding delivery fee
- We accept payments either MASTERCARD OR VISA or Cash on Delivery if reorganizes. We can also set up Accounts for Business but you will need to be approved for this.
Security Information
Ezyshop Deliveries has a vested interest that all details we obtain from you are kept confidential as detailed in our Privacy Policy. All of the Credit Card payments are dealt directly with ANZ Bank Merchant Facility system without Ezyshop Deliveries ever seeing your credit card details at any stage of the payment.
ANZ Bank Merchant Facility ensures that your details are safe at all times by using industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL 3.0) encryption technology as well as firewalls in front of the payment gateway and within the system which restricts access to information regarding payment transaction.
It is worth noting that we currently only accept MASTERCARD and VISA.
All of your personal information collected by Ezyshop Deliveries during the registering process is only used for purposes that directly affect Ezyshop Deliveries with the information never given out to any third party.
We there are a lot of security measures in place to prevent anyone else from accessing your information.
Fresh Meat
Ezyshop Deliveries takes extreme pride in all our lines of groceries; this includes the fresh meat section. Unlike some supermarkets that have meat on their shelves for several days before the consumer purchases it, Our butcher has over 20 years of experience in the industry who prepares the meat fresh on the day of delivery so you can enjoy the meat at its very best. We have a large arrangement of Fresh Meat from Rump Steak to Beef and Guinness Pies. There's something to tempt everybody's taste buds!!!
Fruit & Vegetables
Ezyshop Deliveries only uses the very best available Fruit & Vegetables available which are sourced directly from the Canning Vale Fruit Markets to ensure freshness, taste and high quality control.
Unlike the conventional shops where they purchase their Fruit and Veg on estimated sales we buy our Fruit & Veg based on your orders. So you always know that you are getting the freshest from the markets.
We stand by our Fruit and Veg with a 100% refund if the Fruit and Veg is not up to your standard.

Exchanging of Products and Account Credits
Just like any shop sometimes products are out of stock and, like any other shop there are usually similar products that can be used instead of the originally chosen one. So at Ezyshop Deliveries, if there is ever a product that you have chosen and we are unable to obtain for any reason we ask you to click the "Closest Match" (this is situated Step 2 of 4) box when placing your order so our experience staff can swap the product in question.
Account Credits are given in scenarios when a product ordered is out of stock. This just means that the next time you place an order you will have a credit which will be taken off the total tally. Another scenario which a credit may be given is if a product was damaged whilst the product was in the control of Ezyshop Deliveries. Account Credits like this will be judged on individual cases and that case’s merits.
Please be aware that you have 48 hours to claim missing items from your order
Packaging
At Ezyshop Deliveries all our packaging is bought in so you can enjoy the comfort of having your groceries being delivered in clean neat packaging. All our cold goods are packaged in polystyrene boxes lined with specially designed ice packs so the cold goods can stay chilled up to five hours.
All dry goods are packed neatly in cardboard boxes so they are easy to carry.
All the packaging, which is the cardboard boxes, polystyrene boxes and ice packs, remain the property of Ezyshop Deliveries at all times. The packaging system works on an exchange system. With each order the previous order's packaging is returned to be recycled. If you are not home for the order simply just leave the packaging where you requested the groceries to be placed and our drivers will pick the packaging up.
All the packaging is tracked via our computer system. If you don’t return the packaging on the subsequent delivery you will be charged the cost of the packaging not returned.
Packaging Cost
Polystyrene Box: $3.50
Cardboard Box: $2.00
Ice packs: $2.00
If the packaging isn’t returned after each delivery you will be charged for that packaging, Even if you return it on the next delivery you will still be charged.
How do I shop?
Shopping with us is an extremely easy process with each section of the webpage having the minimum amount of clicks needed to achieve the objected goal. This is so you can do your shopping with little fuss and little time.
- Once on our homepage just simple scroll through our extensive product and click on the sub-categories which apply to you for that shop.
- Once in the sub-category you desire and you have chosen the product you want just simple press "Add to Cart" this will then place that item in your shopping cart. If you want the item multiple times you can click "Add to Cart" which will add one item at a time. Alternatively, you can click on the number with your mouse and change it manually. If you change it manually you HAVE TO press "UPDATE TOTALS" so the system can refresh and record your entry.
- After you have done your shopping just click "Proceed to Checkout" where you can login as a member if you already are or you can register as a member.
- You will then go to 1 of 4 stages to complete the transaction. Stage 1 will simply ask you to make sure your contact and address details are up to date and current. You can also enter "Special Instructions" so if you won't be home for delivery or there is a special circumstance you can inform our drivers of this. Some examples are "Won't be home, please leave groceries in the shade next the shed", "I have a broken leg so please knock loudly".
- Step 2 is double checking all your products purchased, this is where you can take products out of your cart if you decide you don't need it at the last minute. If you do change the quantity of a product make sure you click "Update Totals" so the system can record the change. Then proceed to Step 3 this will then automatically save this shopping list under the saved shopping list which is located under "Orders"
- Step 3 is the final page before entering into the secure National Australian Bank page. On Step 3 you only have to click "Pay Now" where you will then be transferred the NAB secure page where you will enter all your credit card details in secure location. After your details have been approved you will then be transferred back to ezyshop.com.au page.
- After you have finished your payment you will then receive a confirmation email from the NAB saying your payment has been approved. You will also receive a receipt from ezyshop.com.au from that transaction.
- We will then process your order for next day delivery if the order was placed before Midnight.
Delivery Times and Days
Ezyshop Deliveries delivers to most suburbs in Perth metro area and some outlying areas. If you are unsure just simply search for your postcode to see whether we deliver to your suburb. If we don't currently service your suburb, send us an email with your contact details and we will inform you of a predicted time we believe when our service will reach your area. You will then be the first person contacted when we service the area.
For those suburbs which we currently do service you can get your groceries home delivered Monday to Friday** excluding public holidays. For all orders placed before midnight they can be processed the next day for delivery between 10am-6:30pm. Delivery times can be suggested and we will endeavour to deliver within these times but due to other order requests, traffic and other unforeseen circumstances we will never promise a specific time. For example a delivery window of "Deliver between 1pm and 1:30pm" is extremely unreasonable because every day’s work load is different and areas of delivery change every day. A reasonable request is "Anytime after 3pm" is extremely reasonable and will more than likely be fulfilled.
First Time User
For all the first time users this may seem a bit daunting having so many products and not knowing exactly what to do. Don't worry, it gets easier, the hardest part about doing your shopping at ezyshop.com.au is the first time. After you get a feel for the webpage you will be able to complete your shopping over 5 times quicker than the conventional way. This can be done through taking full advantage of being an Ezyshop Deliveries member. As a member, every order placed is saved under the "Orders" page and the next time you want to shop you can use the same shopping list and take off the products you don't want and add some you do want Easy!!
Saved, Previous and Favourite Shopping list
To make your shopping experience more enjoyable we have created these three options so you can save more time every time you shop.
The previous shopping list is automatically saved every time you place an order. So the next time you come to shop you simply login and then press "Orders" on the toolbar this will then show all your Saved and Previous shopping lists. You can then click on your previous shopping list you desire "Re-Order" button this will remove all the current shopping in your basket and add that shopping list to your cart. You can then take out of the cart the products you don't want and scroll through our product range to add more products just as if you added the products yourself.
Saved Shopping lists are designed for shoppers who like to do their shopping In parts. To save a shopping list is extremely easy. Just start shopping and you will then see a "Save Order" button up the top of the shopping cart, just simply click this and your order will be saved. Please not you need to be login so it can save.
Once login you will see a small "FAV" button next to each product. When placing an order click this button for every product you purchase so you can start creating your own personal shopping list. Eventually over time this list will build up and then you will have everything that you usually purchase on your own list. This is when instead of scrolling though all our different lines which you may not buy you can purchase the items that you always purchase which will make your shopping experience even easier.
Terms and Conditions of Competitions and Giveaways
Ezyshop Deliveries will run Competitions and Giveaways throughout the year and all of these are governed by our Terms and Conditions.
No Competitions and Giveaways can be used in conjunction with one another. In regards to giveaways that are aimed at new clients only these can only be used by new clients and if Ezyshop Deliveries believes that you may not fall into this category, we will reserve the right to cancel the giveaway at any time or debit your account for the amount given away if this has already been used. We also reserve the right to change or cancel any Competitions and Giveaways. We also reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior warning.

Minimum Order and Delivery Fee
The minimum order size is $50 excluding the delivery fee. The delivery fee is a standard $15 for most suburbs but some outer suburbs and suburbs where parking is difficult attract a delivery fee of $18.
Searching For Products
Whilst searching for products you need to use specific words or abbreviations. For example if you typed in "Ice Cream" it would only show all words with "Ice" and the word "Cream". To find "Ice Cream" type in a specific word like "Peters" then all Peters ice cream will be shown.
Troubleshooting
If you ever have any problems whatsoever with the webpage which isn't explained on the web site it self contact us via email admin@ezyshop.com.au and we will answer your query within 48hrs.
Credits and Debits
Sometimes we cant fill your order or have to change items to complete it. In this case a credit or debit may be applied to your account. Please review your last order receipt for details of any credits or debits. Debits are shown as negative amount to reinforce that they will be added on to the order total.

Q. What’s a Member?
A. To be able to shop at Ezyshop Deliveries you need to be a member of the website so we know where to deliver your order and contact details encase we need to contact you. Membership is free and all you have to do is click register on the top icon bar and fill in all your relative information so we can process your order correctly. After you have become a member, not only can you shop on the site whenever you want but you can also view your previous shopping orders to make your next shopping experience easier and less time consuming.
Q. How does Ezyshop Deliveries work after I have picked my order? Its as easy as 1,2,3,4
A. 1. After you have finished picking your order just press “Proceed to Checkout” and then check your delivery address is correct and then click “Continue to step 2”.
2. In “Step 2” you can edit your delivery details again and check all your products that you have purchased and edit them.. After you are happy with your order proceed to “Step 3”.
3. In “Step 3” you can print a receipt, but this page just indicates that you will now be redirected to the National Bank page for a secure transaction.
4. “Step 4” Is just going through the transactions on the National Bank site which will redirect you back home after your transaction.
Q. If I order a product and the product is not available do I get a credit?
A. Yes, it will automatically get credited to your account, but if you wish to leave our service we will refund the credit amount to your card.
Q. What happens if I am not home for the delivery?
A. If a customer believes that they may not be home for the time of delivery they should suggest a suitable place where the groceries can be left safely while you are away. This suggestion can be made in the “Special Comments” section which is situated at when you register as a member and is also at the payment process. Please make sure this place is suitable for example; around the corner of the garage under the shade and also away from the view of the road.
Q. What is your company policy for stolen or missing groceries?
A. Unfortunately Ezyshop Deliveries does not compensate for stolen or missing groceries after they have been delivered. So we strongly suggest, if you are not home for delivery, that your spot is hidden away from public view and the elements.
Q. Who owns the packaging the groceries are delivered in?
A. Ezyshop Deliveries always retains the ownership over the packaging. The packaging is designed not only to keep your frozen groceries chilled and the your dry groceries together but to be used more than once. Without the exchange of the packaging each order we will not be able to provide such high grade packaging with every order.
Q. Where can I leave my packaging?
A. If you are not home for your next delivery please leave the previous packaging in the spot where the groceries have been requested. If you are home when delivery occurs just simply hand the previous packaging to the delivery driver.
Q. What are some of the benefits associated with shopping with Ezyshop Deliveries?
A. There are many benefits in using Ezyshop Deliveries all depending on each individual’s circumstances. If you have a young family there is no need to worry about dragging your children around the shopping aisles, or if you work long hours, why shop after work when you can shop during work? Ezyshop Deliveries provides benefits for everybody in every situation.
Q. What stages are involved in delivering the groceries?
A. - You have picked your order and gone through the payment process
- Ezyshop Deliveries will then receive your order and pack the order on the day of delivery
- We will then follow your special instructions, if applicable, and then we will deliver the groceries to your door with the ease you can expect from Ezyshop Deliveries.
Q. Can I have my groceries delivered at a particular time?
A. You can suggest a time for delivery in the special comments box which is situated when you first register and it is also available during the checkout process. We will endeavour to deliver at the time suggested but guarantees cannot be assured due to outside influences like traffic and other orders requesting the same time.
Q. What is the minium amount of groceries I can order?
A. The minium amount you can order is $50 worth of groceries, this is excluding the delivery charges.
Q. How and what are the groceries packaged in upon delivery?
A. Groceries are packed according to the product groups, with all frozen or chilled products packed in polystyrene boxes with icepacks to keep the items cool up to 8 hours and all dry goods are neatly packed in to tubs.
Q. What days and when do you deliver?
A. We deliver weekdays Monday to Saturday except Public Holidays. Due to the fact that we pick and package your order on the day of delivery we usually deliver between 10am and 6:30pm. You can make a suggestion on what time you want your ordered delivered but due to the fact that order volume and delivery times to other customers change daily we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered at that time.
Q. Is there anything I need to do while I have the packaging so it can be used again?
A. While the packaging is in your care just leave make sure the lid is off the Polystyrene boxes so the ice packs and box can air.
